Matt K was very helpful. There was a bit of fraction in that Gold Star now uses a different form, but they (Gold Star) sent me the revised form and it has gone smoothly. I expect to hear from Gold Star (or Fed Ex) with info about when etc it will arrive so I can move the coins on to TDS LLC... for which I will look for more assistance,
