I really liked the Metabolic Spark, because it helped me lose weight and keep it off. However, recently it's been out of stock for 2 months! I have gained 8 lbs, which was in the last month. The website doesn't tell you when you order that it's out of stock either. They don't send any communication other than an email when it ships. When I contacted them about the stock issue they never replied. I have 3 orders pending because of the stock issue. If I could find a different product that worked, I'd switch. Terrible customer service!

It does not make a difference at all

I have been charged and not had my orders fulfilled in the past 2 months. No response to email or contact forms. Their phone line doesn’t work. Says call back during business hours. I am going to ask my Cc company to reverse the charges. Disappointing.

I've been getting protein through them for years. Suddenly orders have gone unfulfilled and I have not been able to reach anyone to understand the issue. Emails are not being returned and the customer service number says to call back during business hours, when I am calling during business hours, and then disconnects.

I have been getting their protein powder for the last 2 years with no problems, however, the last 2 months my money has been taken out of my account but my orders were unfulfilled. So, far this company has taken over $100 from my account. I have tried emailing several times with no response. At this point I have canceled my subscription and am figuring that I won't get my money back. Very disappointed. I really loved their dark chocolate protein powder and cannot find a substitute that tastes as good.

I also have ordered in the last month 2 times the metabolic protein powder and each order when unfulfilled. I have used this product in the past and never had a problem. It seems based on the other reviews this is a problem. What a shame... In the past they always had someone answer their phone line now it says they answer M-F 8-5 EST but they don't. I've also tried emailing on their website multiple times and each one has gone unanswered. BUT... they know how to run my credit card. I am extremely disappointed no one has reached back out to me. Customer service is lacking and I'd like to know if anyone has gotten through via any communication and how.

I have two orders placed in July without fulfillment. I have made NUMEROUS phone calls and NUMEROUS emails to no avail. I’ve never had an issue before. Made an order of metabolic spark the natural fat burner on 7/14/26 and metabolic super protein complete 5 in 1 shake dark chocolate on 7/11/26 totaling 119.68. It’s a shame. I really do love their protein powder. Where is the customer service??

I have been using the protein powder for a while but now I have been charged for two orders that have never arrived. I have tried several times to email and call them and no one responds. I am out over $200 right now.
