There was a shipping error that caused my coffee to be sent back. I reached out for service and it was addressed after hours and corrected. The flavors are top notch, but so is the service team!!

Found Merlin’s Munchies at the Tampa Bay ComiCon and bought a few different flavors for my girlfriend. She loved them all, so I ordered her some more. This morning’s choice is Badass Royale and I am getting lots of loves for picking this one for her! Thanks for helping me to make her smile!!

I’ve been ordering your coffee for about 6 months now and I have gotten to try a lot of flavors. All of them are sooo good but the s’mores and pecan pie are my top favs!

Was I suppose to taste the Caramel Dark Chocolate part of the coffee, when it's cold brewed?

absolutely stellar customer service 🙂‍↕️🙏 couldn’t be happier with the product or the delivery and speed at which this company handled any questions. i got my 12oz decaf coffees just yesterday after having to contact usps (i’d seen on tracking that my package went from FL straight to CT and right back to FL and was very concerned haha) but usps was great with resolving that and having my package brought the very next day. i brewed some decaf and it’s amazing. thanks so much, merlin’s!! 🫶🏻

Having met some of the employees during MomoCon this year they were all very friendly and passionate! The coffee is of incredible quality and very flavorful! They have become my new go to coffee makers!
