I am truly impressed with Merlin Crypto Software! It has significantly reduced the stress of managing multiple exchanges and manually calculating performance for each project. The ability to schedule exits and calculate taxes automatically is a game-changer—it really does everything for you. It's simple to use. Moreover, the customer service is fantastic! I appreciate that there is always a real person to assist with any questions. I just wish I had discovered this software sooner! Highly recommend it for anyone involved in crypto trading. This software will simplify your experience immensely!

Thank you so much for this incredible feedback. At Merlin, our mission has always been to make crypto tracking easier, less stressful, and way more effective. It’s amazing to hear that reflected in your experience. We’re especially glad the exit planning and tax tools are making a difference. Those are features we built knowing how time-consuming and overwhelming this space can get. And we’ll be sure to pass your kind words along to our support team. They really care about showing up for every user. We’re grateful to have you with us and appreciate the recommendation more than you know.

Good so far but some bugs. I'm getting alerts that my second exit target is approaching but the text is showing me the first exit number instead of the second. Also, the bug with entering ph# for text alerts was a surprise but the helpdesk was able to fix. Looking forward to iOS app..

Thanks for the honest feedback. We’re glad to hear the support team was able to help with the phone number issue, and we appreciate you flagging the exit target alert bug. That’s something we’ll dig into right away and pass along to the dev team. The iOS app is in the works, and we’re excited to get it into your hands soon. Thanks for sticking with us as we keep improving. Merlin and its team are grateful to have you on board.

The usefulness of this app is unmatched. All my crypto in one place is phenomenal. Before I had to jump from one platform to another to keep track. Merlin has everything right in front of you at all times. As all new apps and new integrations and updates happen you can encounter a bug here and there but customer service is on point when contacted to resolve them. The ability to set exit strategy reminders is awesome. As soon as you hit your target you get a message. Never miss taking profits ever again. Merlin is very useful, one of a kind and I would recommend to everyone.

Thank you so much for this amazing feedback. At Merlin, our goal has always been to give you a clear view of your entire crypto portfolio without the headache of jumping between platforms. It’s great to hear that’s been your experience. We really appreciate you pointing out the value of exit strategy reminders. That feature was built for exactly that reason, so you never miss a moment to take profits. And thank you for recognizing our support team. They work hard to make sure any bumps get smoothed out fast. Merlin and its team truly appreciate your recommendation. We’re grateful to have you with us.

Good online platform to monitor your crypto tokens centrally. However, I have added my tokens manually, as I experienced some issues with automatic connection to the different exchanges or even hardware wallet. Created my exit strategy for the big positions but which will help to act unemotionally once I hit my targets in the coming alt season - hopefully! ;-)

Thanks for sharing your honest feedback. It’s great to hear Merlin is helping you stay organized and stick to your exit plan. That’s exactly what it’s meant for. Sorry to hear the auto-sync didn’t work smoothly. We know how important it is to have everything in one place without the extra work, and we’re continuing to make improvements as blockchain connections are unfortunately very messy and full of bad data. If you ever want help getting those connections working, just let us know. We’re here to support you and can get on a call with you to help set everything up the right way. We appreciate you choosing Merlin.

I think over all what you all came up with is invaluable towards management of your crypto. As with all creative endeavors some tweaks are inevitable. Adding and subtracting and so forth. I would like to see more integration with Vechain and vetho. Xdc wallet as well. Beautiful system and thank you!!

We agree completely that improvements are always part of the process, and we’re grateful you highlighted VeChain, VTHO, and XDC wallet support. We’ve noted that and will share it with our product team as we continue expanding integrations. Merlin and its team thank you for being part of this journey. We’re glad you’re here.
