Not a Bad House for the Price
There seem to be a lot of complaints about Meritage's ability to follow through on Warranty claims. For the record, I haven't had any issues. Are they the fastest? No - but I think the time period for a wait has never been more than 2 weeks. Let's remember about the shortage of workers in the field for repairs, etc. Take that into consideration. As for the house - I think the windows could be a higher quality, and the kitchen cabinets - but they are all functional and fine - and this was a walk-in ready home. Just remember - that for everyone who complains on social media - there are probably 10 or more who haven't, which is why I wrote this review.
