After a little stress searching for prop firms and deciding which would be best for me, between another prop firm and Meridian, I found Meridian to have the most affordable offer available for me for my current mission. Once I pass and get my first payout, I will come back and update this review, but for now I'm impressed with the offers they currently have

Very quick team responses on support and great rules and dashboard . Just only a shame mt5 lag means it doesn’t keep up if you’ve breached so arnt notified for a while
Response from meridian-funded.comOct 21, 2026
Thank you Annabel, and thanks for the honest feedback. We've passed the point about delayed breach notifications during MT5 lag to our technical team so they can improve it. If anything ever looks off on your account, email [email protected] and we'll check it right away.

Update: They were able to correct the issue with trading and took care of my lost trading time, so as of right now, I have nothing but good things to say about them and the customer service. Once I pass phase 2 and attempt a payout, I will again post a review. I am currently on phase 2 of the challenge. Now all the sudden I can't trade due to server issues. The other servers they offer aren't permitted in the US. I am awaiting a response for a refund since I cannot complete the challenge through no fault of my own. Will update when I hear back from them.
Response from meridian-funded.comOct 21, 2026
Thank you for updating your review! We're glad our team was able to resolve the issue and compensate for the lost trading time. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. We wish you the best of luck with Phase 2 and look forward to hearing about your first payout!
