Didn’t receive pillow 4 months later scam

Wrong part sent

Ordered steam cleaner in May through tic tok shop .. to this day 2 months later still no received . Have tried to email but keeps coming up undelivered . I been scammed .

Too too too bad I ordered on 11/05/2026 Up to now i didn’t receive my order its too bad i try to send 100 mails no reply I will never back and buy anything Even they didn’t return the money No support No email No return Its too bad No customer service

Never received the product. No responses to communications AVOID!!!!

I ordered off them in April and had not received any updates regarding my item. The tracking number did not and still doesn’t work. I have sent them numerous emails asking for updates or how to get a refund and there has been no reply. I would not order off this site again and encourage everyone else to do the same!

Bought an item as it was advertised on tiktok. Waiting 5 weeks. Nothing. Emailed them. Emails keep bouncing back. Have tracking number and coming with ups but that it. No way it was delivered. Because no one was at my door as i have a camera and not one delivery that day,and im a courier myself and I would have seen it coming off the plane that morning as I cover the area where I live. Lesson learned. Total scam altogether. Stay well away from this site.
