Contacted support as my HX80 halo was not configuring to the optimal network topology, Chloris. L helpfully replied with a link to beta firmware which allowed me to manually configure it and my issue was resolved. Very impressed and happy with the HX80 halo mesh WiFi system which has greatly improved WiFi signal all over my large 3 story house.

Novia was extremely helpful and solved my issues. she was very patient and not rushed to get off the phone until everything was sorted.

I had an issue with connecting additional Halo units to an existing network and with the help of Chloris.L this was resolved. An indicator of a good company is how they support the customers in after sales support and in this instance Mercusys has been excellent. I have H50s and (now) H30s connected in a single network and it works seamlessly.

I had a great experience with the technical support team over the phone. Lorraine was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand the issue thoroughly and guided me through the solution step by step with patience and clarity. Excellent support thank you, Lorraine!

When my Mercusys H80X failed, Chloris. L kept in touch continuously and answered each query I had within a day. Chloris also was helpful with helping me to get in touch with the returns department when it was clear that my unit was not working correctly. This was no fuss support at its best. I received a replacement within 3 days of applying an RMA and returning the product.

I spoke to Lorraine today as I needed assistance in installing a new Wi-Fi extender. She was extremely helpful and patient as the process took some time to achieve a successful conclusion. Thank you for a very professional service.

Bought a Halo H90X(3-pack) mesh Wi-Fi system to extend and boost a signal which was quite poor due to wall thickness in my home. Did not have huge expectations, but to be honest I was very surprised in positive meaning. The setup was fast and easy through the app, and speeds and range are excellent! VM router works in the modem mode and one of the nodes works as a router sending signal to two others. That is really whole home mesh Wi-Fi system. I have got a decent signal even in my garden shed and a garage. Highly recommend this system.
