Terrible experience where ever i look
Terrible experience where ever i look. I am starting to wonder if the reviews are fake! I signed up for Profilepro and i got charged $9. It gave me some suggestions and that is it. Some suggestions didnt even work.

Hi Chathuka, I'm sorry you didn't like ProfilePro. It's designed to be a simple Chrome extension that makes recommendations, as you pointed out. The only way you could have been charged is if you clicked the upgrade button and then put in your credit card. If you email our support team ([email protected]) we'll immediately refund your payment. I couldn't find any users by searching your name, otherwise I would have processed it already. Very best, Justin Founder & CEO
