Apparently my account with MEONutrition got co-mingled with a work "shop pay" account so updating my credit card got very complicated. Once I realized the issue and contacted customer support for Meonutrition the issue was nicely resolved with my contact there. We are now back on track and awaiting our next shipment!

It's simply return and refund. They also asked you to pay for shipping. They refused to return my money because I had already finished the product. In addition, the website says no questions asked. They asked me why I was returning the product. In short, there is no money back guarantee at all.
