I admit I was skeptical when I ordered, but still hoped for the best. Pleasant surprise when they reached out to go over my size request, ultimately choosing the best size for me based on specific measurements. They gave me pics of my jacket and I could provide feedback along the way. Shipping was amazingly fast, in fact, I still don’t understand how they get things sent so quick…love the jacket, it’s everything they promised and more. Very happy customer here. Highly recommend!!!

Der Mantel sitzt perfekt.....der Verkäufer hat sich viel Mühe gegeben, um die perfekten Maße zu erhalten. Das Material ist toll und sehr gut verarbeitet! Vielen Dank!

Excellent customer service. I was blown away with the service from these guys. Straight after I ordered, they messaged me to confirm measurements and sizing. Really helpful and flexible. Would happily purchase from these guys again!

Genuine replicas tailored to your every need. I a very surprising pleasant experience, a customer service agent was put in contact with me regarding my order, was there whenever I needed him. I was able to make small changes to the piece. Creation any Shipping were super quick. I hope that this company stays consistent with their customer service care. I’ve never experienced anything else like it and what sets them apart. It’s a new way of tailored shopping.

I was sceptical to begin with, but took a punt - and I am so glad that I did. Although my bag was delayed in production, the communication from the company was regular and engaging and most importantly, the final product is outstanding. The leather is really excellent quality as is the construction and design (inspired by Carl Friedrik Double Palissy). I've been using the bag for about 3 weeks and the leather is holding up well - it's hard, giving a good structure to the bag and the double zipped pockets, big enough for a laptop, second screen and a ring binder. It looks the absolute business. I'd defintely buy from them again.
