The lady who helped me through the crisis that I was facing is Benny. I ordered kinda late to begin with, then it was too small. She really put in the effort to help me get the right size and then ship out the new size before they even got the other returned. It was a highly stressful situation and she kept me calm and assured me the suit would come in time. And it did! It fit and everything worked out because of her!

Men’s Italy is absolutely amazing! The quality of their suits exceeded my expectations—beautifully made, stylish, and a perfect fit. Shipping was incredibly fast, which was a huge plus, especially when you need something on short notice. Their customer service truly stands out. The team was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. They made the entire process easy and stress-free, from ordering to delivery. It’s rare to find a company that combines great quality, fair pricing, fast shipping, and excellent customer service, but Men’s Italy does it all. Highly recommend to anyone looking for sharp, well-made suits and a great overall experience!

Ordered a 100% wool tuxedo and paid $209.00. I received a 100% polyester tuxedo listed at $129.00. I notified Mensitaly, and they said I can keep the tuxedo, and they would refund me $30.00. If I kept the tuxedo, there is still an 80.00 difference. I rejected the offer and stated that if I could not receive the wool tuxedo, I would request a refund. Mensitaly rejected my offer and then said I've had the items for more than 60 days, so the tux is mine. Before the 60 days, I've tried several times to get in touch with Mensitaly with negative results.
