I avoided Achillies surgery with the they inferno Achilles wrap!!! its blood flow therapy! 14 years and still happy with their multiple products I have. Looking for them online and can't find.. hope they are still in business..

I used their product, a knee sleeve, one time and it never worked again. Piece of crap. I would like my money back. It was almost a hundred dollars and worked once. What a rip off. Stay away. Wish I never ordered it. What a mistake. Never again.

T-Shellz Wrap is just an electric heating pad. Sent back for a refund and never got it. They are apparently closed permanently and moved on to their next scam.

I have been a long time customer and my experiences with MendMeShop are always good. One time I lost one of the adapters for my device. I contacted the company by email and they offered to send me a replacement at no cost. I was impressed to day the least. Only on one occasion did I make a return for refund. However, I received a full refund fairly promptly, which made me comfortable in continuing my relationship with them. Overall, I can say without hesitation the company stands behind their products and they seem responsive to inquires and questions. Really, you can't go wrong with them.

*Beware* scam product! This company claims to sell "Electromagnetic heating pad." What the heck?! is that? Nowhere on it's website does this company give the product "specifications."!! That's a big red flag right there. I was looking for infrared light therapy for my hip arthritis. This product isn't anything more than a fake plastic covered heating pad! Look at the website & the pad meant for the hip LOOKS like it would provide therapy to the entire area, yet when you see what you really get, it's nothing more than a 5 ×6 INCH electric heating pad?!?? The plastic smell when it heats up STINKS! It is a FAKE! & dangerous!! This ISN'T INFRARED! This company runs a huge scam of false 5 star reviews & floods the internet with all their alias names: Tshellz & Mendmeshop products. Whatever they want to call themselves, they are fake & their customer service is too! I only got satisfaction have to take my problem to my credit card investigating team. DON'T WASTE YOUR $$$$.

This company is true to their word. It does take a bit of time to receive a refund but they were honest and fair. I highly recommend this company.
