Because imported from Italy, took few weeks. Also, at time of purchase, there was an added mystery charge of $17+. I instantly notified company and it was removed but this raises suspicions.

Disappointed It only said appliances/ I thought is was for a variety ofa cleaning, like mold and grease stoves, etc. I haven't tried it yet.

Worn out too fast. Need better quality last longer on steel plate.

Some of the boxes are very hard to open

product is very nice. Unfortunately, the small size I ordered gives me a headache. Wish there was a way to economically replace it with a medium.

To much time to deliver the product At this time I am still waiting so I dont know nothing regarding the quality of the product. How you perform this survey previous to finish the deliver process.

I just got the item yesterday but I haven't even opened it yet. I can't comment on the item itself because I haven't even taken it out of the package yet. As of right now the thing I didn't like at all was the length of time it took for this item to be delivered. They don't advise you of where the item is shipping from until you get your first delivery update. This is not the only item I've had this problem with recenlty. Going forward, unless I'm advised of where it ships from, I will never blindly order something from a company I am not familiar with.
