Customer Service was an unexpected pleasure to deal with. I had inadvertently ordered a set of small along with my order of 3XL shorts. I contacted CS and they responded promptly and issued a refund for my mistake. Unfortunately your idea of 3XL is different than mine. Maybe because of a difference between US and EU sizes. The shorts would adequately fit my right thigh. Probably should have ordered a 5XL. No worries.

I thought it would be better quality. The material will hopefully be sturdy enough for outside wear.

It took a while for the item to get to me, which is understandable given how far it was coming and it had to come through customs. I was expecting the material to be a little bit heavier than what it is. I’m hoping that it does well in the wind on my front porch time will tell. Overall, I am happy with the product and proud to display it on my front porch.

I was really excited to receive this memory USB. However now that I have received it, it is not as simple as Plug and play as I had hoped. I believe you have to download an app for use, which is fine, however I can only find the apple version of the app and I use android. I did not think this would be an issue since the adapters make it compatible for all types of tech. I'm frustrated trying to figure this out. I will say that when I contacted customer support about combining my two orders for shipping purposes they were able to do so in a very quick and efficient manner.

1. Tracking of Parcel was excellent. 2. Product is BEAUTIFUL, well-made, and durable as advertised. 3. Would have been nice if I had known this was being shipped from Belgium. 4. While shipping was free (thank goodness), Belgium taxes were outrageous!!!! $20+ taxes on an order that was only $70 approximately. 5. Notification of TOTAL cost, should have been done prior to payment. Site indicated $6+ taxes and no shipping cost, actual was $20+ taxes.

The product is as expected. I did appreciate the tracking program. I know this stuff is made in China, but I didn't think it was shipped directly from China. Took a bit to get here. Almost 3 weeks. I was getting worried because I needed this product for a trip next week. But it did get here in time.

I didn't know the product was coming from Italy. The wallet is good, but when I got the final cost I was really disappointed. Something that was marked as $39.95 ended up costing almost $64.00. I wasn't expecting that. I will try to be more careful when ordering off Facebook.

I am happy with my purchase of the straw hat with bow. There was a small delay in delivering the hat, but I was kept up-to-date with email reminders, so I wasn't worried. The hat is breathable and comfortable to wear, and brim is wide enough to keep the sun out of my eyes.
