Bought an item from them. They were quick to make the order, but no follow up. The product never arrived and never received communication when it would be received. I should have looked here first. This group is a scam site.

I made a purchase with them. 11 days later my order still says "in processing", but they never contacted me to tell me why. After a couple phone calls their customer service told me the memory I ordered is not in working condition.

Ordered power supplies back in May. Items were in stock and we received shipping info after we paid. That was over a month ago and UPS has not received the items from them and they still show the items on their site as in stock. Save yourself time and aggravation and buy from somewhere else.

Pure Scam ! Bought 2 entreprise HD, never received them ! I contacted them many times, no answer at different emails. Paid through paypal, sos did a complaint. Got reimbursed as they never responded to the complaint. Stay away !

I ordered a hard drive and upon opening the package, it was clear that this hard drive was in used or refurbished condition. It did not come in the factory packaging and there were marks on the label of the hard drive. It does not say the item is used or refurbished anywhere on the product web page, and they portray that the listing is for a hard drive in new condition. The price of the item is also the market price for this hard drive in NEW condition. Market price for this drive in used/refurbished condition would be half. I plugged the drive into a computer, and upon inspecting the properties of the drive, it has been used for over 24,000 hours continuously, which is near end-of-life usage. When I call Memory4Less I get directed to a voicemail. I left multiple messages and have never received a call back. I sent them multiple emails and they never reply. I tried their online support chat and the agent never responds. Memory4Less is a SCAM

Terrible experience! Items were represented as new OEM items on the site and we were shipped refurbished units. The power cords and SATA cables did not match the units. I tried to call "Jessica" back to get this resolved but she did not return calls and calls to here went straight to voicemail.

worst experience working with Memory4less. they are scammers in short. please buy at your own risk. be aware with them.
