I was given a totally wrong order. I ordered "Personalized Wedding Gifts for Couples" and paid $108.42 ($135.52 original price - $27.10 discount), but I received "Personalized Gift Cowboy Cowgirl Boots Wall Decor" with online listed price $79.18. I wonder how this kind of mistake could happen. Despite the mistake, they handled it gracefully after I reported it, and they immediately issued a full refund.
