Memorial BenchesReviews of memorialbenches.com

We found Memorial Benches online and selected a beautiful bench to memorialize a close friend. We place our order, and received a proof within 1 day. We worked with Darius, who was awesome. He followed up with a call to ensure the proof was received and made the minor change we asked for returning the changed proof within 1 day. Estimated delivery upon order placement was 4-5 weeks, but we received the completed bench in 2 weeks. It is absolutely gorgeous and we cannot wait to give it to our friends!! I highly recommend Memorial Benches to anyone looking for this type of gift.

Ordered a Personalized Concrete Garden Bench. Gift receiver loved it.

If I could have given 10 stars, I would have! My brother passed suddenly at the early age of 42. He was beyond amazing in every aspect of his life. A wonderful, loving and generous father, husband, son, brother, uncle, nephew and employee. His life was full at the time of his passing. He would give anyone he met the shirt off of his back. TRULY! In my time of grieving I was searching for something to have to really hold on to his memory and memorialize him forever. I stumbled online upon this website and was beyond intrigued at looking at these beautiful benches, as it was something I would have never thought of. I took a chance and placed my order. It was a Sunday and I didn't really know what I was doing and was trying to figure out the correct font, words to say, etc. I wasn't sure what to expect and then I received a call directly from Darius personally within an hour! I needed guidance and he recognized the mistakes in my ordering process and wanted to make CERTAIN that it was going to be exactly what I wanted. He took an extended amount of time to walk me through everything, listen to my concerns, etc. It was BEYOND comforting! It is not easy to find that kind of customer service. I received my proofs within a day. I was able to make changes and receive updated versions within hours! THEY REALLY CARE! I shared my experience with my other brother and he was very excited about the bench and wanted one too. He too was able to communicate with Darius directly and have an even MORE custom made bench than what I asked for and I have to tell you, the experience was beyond any expectation. We have received our benches and they are REMARKABLE! They are quality and the details are impressive to say the least. We decided to showcase ours in a different way than just simply in a garden and we are very pleased. I encourage anyone that is looking for something TRULY UNIQUE to have to celebrate a loved one to use this site. You will not go wrong. Darius is one of a kind and the service is next to none. To Darius, Terry and the entire team at Memorial Benches that made this such an easy process in our time of grief, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for giving us our "FOREVER" Much love to all of you, The Capehart (Hart) Family. Very nice range of products and very simple to make intelligent choices. It is great to be able to choose bench materials, length and style of plaque. The on-line ordering system is very user-friendly. This is such a great and cost-effective product that I ordered two (2) memorial benches. Thank you!

What a wonderful experience. Have never ordered anything like this before so it was a guessing game about where to start. Our chorus wanted to erect a memorial bench in honor of members Dad. I was the person with the idea so guess who had to take charge. Found this company and so glad I did. Not only did Darius, the salesman, assist but the company expedited the bench in time for the memorial service. We were so grateful and pleased with the product. Expertly crafted to last with handcrafted engraving of loving sentiment so meaningful to family. Thank you thank you thank you.

I would without hesitation recommend memorial benches. Darius was helpful and prompt in reaching out to us regarding our order. In today's world where good customer service is rare, it's a delight to work with someone who goes beyond to help make your purchase experience a good one.
