Disappointed
The ordering process was great. The bad part is I'm still waiting to receive my new glasses. The tracking stopped on 10/21/21 and no one can tell me where my item is. Just that it could take 60 days. I wish that was on the website or if it was that I would of seen it.

Hi Tyronza, we are sorry for the wait! Shipping to Hawaii takes longer than shipping to the other area in the USA and the estimate shipping time was actually provided during checkout. One of our agents will contact you and follow up with this case.

It took so long and I paid for fast…
It took so long and I paid for fast shipping also a pair of my sunglasses are really lose and falls off my face easily

Hi Lauren, we are so sorry about your bad experience! Our customer service has sent you an email to take care of the loose sunglasses problem. We also apologize for your wait. One of the glasses in your first order required some extra time for production and customization which made it a bit long. We've sent couple of emails during that process for updates and we hope you had seen them. Sorry again for it being long!
