Horrible customer service, horrible products
Purchased their product at a local dispensary. The tip of the cartridge came unscrewed in my pocket. Contacted about a replacement and was told I would have to pay for it, since it was bought from a retailer instead of their website. Definitely go with someone else.

Poor quality and inaccurate weight
Poor quality resin, 1/2 gram was way less. Had three of them all died in less than 10 hits. Opened them after they stopped working and they were all empty. Don’t trust them. They are a total scam

Definitely not a legit company
Definitely not a legit company. It's been several days and they haven't even shipped it out yet. I emailed them and they said they'd ship it but haven't. Don't waste your money

Your products are great but your…
Your products are great but your company is terrible at shipping orders out! I use THC at my doctors suggestion for a few different things; anxiety, pain, insomnia but I keep being told "your orders arriving today" to no avail! I finally had to contact my credit union today to tell them to pull back the money I spent since I didn't receive my product. AGAIN today I was told it would be here 100% and of course it was not, yet again. Great product but it does me no good if I never receive it. You've definitely lost a good long time customer with me. I won't EVER buy MF products again.

MF Euphoria live resin blend 4ml disposable is worthless! Only worked 3 days and I purchased directly from Mellow Fellow. What a crappy company!

Don't rely on prompt shipping for orders. Make sure to shop elsewhere if you need something in a bind.
I ordered the same product that I usually do. I expect reliability and prompt shipping when I order. This time around, they had a "glitch" in their system which delayed my order. I have several email exchanges regarding status and have been told different things each time. They will no longer respond to me. This has been a horrible experience so I would recommend looking elsewhere for your THC/hemp products. Whilst they make good products, their customer service and unreliability is a deal breaker. I am disputing the charge on my credit card today. I placed order on 6.11 and here it is 6.24 with no update or response. FRUSTRATING!!!
