Really Cute, but Wrong Name
I ordered three pillows for my great grandkids. They are all really cute, but one of them has the wrong name. They are Christmas gifts, if I exchange the one with the wrong name I wouldn't get it in time for Christmas.

Stop with the reviews before we even get the product! WTH
Why would you have someone write a review when they just placed an order? How the hell do i know yet? This "trend" of reviewing a company and their products or services before actually getting anything that has been paid for yet is so backwards and unrealistic! Change it now, everywhere! Cute merchandise
Cute merchandise. Loved the pillow ideas, so easy to use. The only thing I’d recommend is information is delivery time frame.

The overall experience was great…
The overall experience was great however once I had the picture generated I was not able to save it and if I liked it and wanted to use it it never generated the same. That is the only complaint that I couldn't go back to previous ones generated.

It was my first purchase I made from…
It was my first purchase I made from your site which once I pick the character, no matter how many times I picked it. It took me back to the original character. I thought that was confusing because I wanted a certain character.

Love being able to preview pillow
Love being able to preview pillow. Did not like not having a gift option as this is a Christmas gift. I got the card but there was no where to add gift message. This would make gift giving especially for Christmas and Birthdays better.
