MeijerReviews of meijer.com

Awful. My scoop chips were dust under the canned goods. Ordered a bag of apples and got 1 organic apple. I was open to being a little off but this was ridiculous! So pissed. The task was not hard. Never again. Tons of things missing and vegetables were organic which I didn't want to pay for. Could not believe a millenial could screw this up this bad. Chips on top? 🤬

Aweful!!! Between the time it takes to order via the Meijer app.. and the time you’ll DEFINITELY wait to get your groceries brought to your car You’re better off just sucking it up and doing the shopping your damn self. This has happened to me not once, not twice, not three times... but I’ma dumb ass because I’ve let this happen FOUR FU(KING TIMES!!!! just get your own groceries if your time is important to you...100% NOT worth ordering on line and picking up in person!!!!!!

You have the worst online shopping I ever used. I spent an hour and a half putting my order in and it didn't load you can't get a hold of anybody.now I have to put my order in at FAMILY FARE,

Pick up order between 5-6pm. Currently 832pm and still no groceries. I have called 10x, been inside, called again. If it was not such an expensive order I would leave and NEVER come back. Best believe I'm going to back Walmart! Never had this issue there! 🤬

Last week I got 7 bottles of Novolin 70/30 at the Brighton Meijer, got it home and immediately put it in the frij. Yesterday my hubby asked me to bring him a bottle. I got the one with the nearest expiration date and took the bottle out of the box and handed it to him. He rolled it between his hands as usual, and said to me "this does not look right" I looked at the box and it said Novolin 70/30, on the printed label, then I looked at the bottle and it said NOvolin R. What a trick, The substituted Novolin R for Novolin 70/30. What a trick, they obviously do not care about the customer. I took it back to Meijer and talked to Faddie he said he filled it. Then Alicia said she would have to write this up and then gave me the correct insulin. I will never get insulin there again.

I would not recommend this service. Used to order a mixer for pickup. Order placed in morning for 6pm pickup. they processed my payment and sent me text confirmation. Drove across town to pickup that evening only to be told no order. Per customer service the item I purchased has been out of stock for over a month even though the website STILL indicates in stock at that store. Was told sorry there was nothing they could do for me. Went back online and changed store to different local location and per website they had the mixer in stock. This time I called before traveling and after a 15 minute conversation was told this store also had been sold out for several weeks even though the website indicated otherwise. Two hours later as I was at a different competitors store buying said mixer my cell phone rings with a call from Meijer customer service advising my order from the morning could not be filled. REALLY...getting this call 3 hours earlier would have been nice and saved a ton of time and travel. I understand that someone may purchase the last item form the self before you can pull my order but since I arrived 30 minutes into my 1.5 hour pickup window it should have already been clear my order couldn't be completed and also should have updated the website to show out of stock. Again very disappointed in the lack of communication and they the lack of willingness to try and assist with changing this to a future delivery order of to check availability elsewhere.

In November I went to New Haven Meijer and was shopping with my mom. I saw 4 people not wearing masks. I told an employee, and asked why are there people without masks in the store when there are signs on the doors that say you have to have them on to be allowed in. The only thing the employee would say was "do you want to talk to a manager". Then I went to another employee and asked her and she gave me the same response "do you want to talk to a manager ". I left soon after because I had to go make dinner. Meijer hasn't been caring much about customer or employee health a lot during this pandemic.

I have purchased multiple bags of the boneless skinless chicken breast from Meijer store in Bradley IL. I am very displeased with them. They have all been very chewy and tough. No matter how I cook them they are horrible. I will never purchase this product from Meijer again!
