Did the Meijer pick up a few times. Was terrible each time. The latest time was today. Nearly half of the items weren’t there. I understand a few things missing, but half? And the proteins were missing. Guys I just want hamburger meat. I have buns but no meat? I put lettuce on the list. Lettuce, I know you have lettuce. What’s the point of doing the pick up if you have to go in there anyways? I even selected to substitute products and brands as needed. Order pickup is a complete waste of time. You’ll be going in the store anyways so why even bother doing it.

Belleville Meijer - Found moldy bagels in the bakery. I pointed it out to aworker. He said “doesn’t surprise me”. Spent 1/2 hour shopping because nothing was available on my list because the shelves had not been restocked. They usually do that on Saturdays at peak hours when shoppers are there trying to navigate between other shoppers and huge pallets full of product. It rained last night and according to Debi S. (Cashier) caused their registers to go down. Therefore, 1/2 hour wait with our ice cream turning to soup. I left the ice cream and Debi acted so put out and baffled that we would do such a thing. Long lines ALWAYS. Only Two registers open at one time. Morality seems low leading to workers with attitudes. Don’t shop here if you have a low tolerance for pain.

Don't trust sell by dates on dairy products. Products are much older and spoil long before sell by date

Meijer in Allen Park has the worst customer service of any store I have ever shopped in. I have not shopped and Meijer in a while because of the terrible customer service always receive at the Allen Park store. They asked me to come back and offered me $5.00 off on my next purchase on my Mperks card. So after working out at the GYM next door I had a taste for one of their sandwiches I liked so thought I would give it a try? What a mistake. While I grabbed the sandwich, I also needed some Jam and they were out of 2 of the flavors I wanted (when I used to shop there it was not usually for 10-20 % of what I needed being out of stock). The staff I encountered was rude, and to top it off they didn't give me my $5.00 off! The store said that was an Mperks they could not help me! I Called Mperks later when I go home, they apologized, said the coupon was “stuck” in the system but they assured me they were releasing it now! I thanked them but not worth my time to go back to that store in hopes of getting my $5.00 off!

I've been picking up groceries at Kroger and Walmart for 17 months. In my first time with Meijer, the substitutions were plentiful and not told to me until I picked up. The other stores text me 3 hours ahead of pickup so I am aware and the person loading the car doesn't bear the brunt of my disappointment. There were a few out of stock items - one being a pork tenderloin. It's ridiculous to think this central Ohio store would be out of pork tenderloin. I needed to go inside to get some children's allergy medicine and there were 20 pork tenderloins in the meat case. My strawberries were overripe and I had to throw several away. The pick-up parking area was not labeled well and hard to find in the parking lot. This is my last time shopping at Meijer.

As I wrote in their delivery service, I have had problems 4 weeks in a row ....ranging from ordering 1 box of campari tomatoes and being charged for 16 to this week when It was marked on my order needed groceries brought in (which has been on all my orders) as I could not....opened door to get mail...their was my order strewn over the porch, bread in bushes, 90 degrees outside...NO call from shopper, nothing..called both Meijer and Shipt with same response so sorry but we cannot do anything about it....call either shipt or meijer depending on which one you were talking to..oddly one # was area code 205, and the other was 877 but it must be 1 massive cement block where 1/2 answers for Meijers and the other for Shipt...they could not explain this....bottom line they have stopped caring for their customers...so I guess only recourse is to stop giving them business

Gull road in Kalamazoo is the worst as far as keeping shelves stocked and lines 4-5 people deep. Most cashiers are friendly and efficient.

So, I've had a few issues with the customer service desk at the Rockford Meijer as the people working the desk don't "listen" to issues, but tend to interpret them in a way that sucks. My 1st issue. I had bought a PSN card that did not work when I got home. I simply asked if there was a way to see if tue card was activated properly, they ladt went on a rant about how they do not accept returns on this specific item. I understood that, but she didn't seem to understand my quesion. She got a manager that immediately tells me (before asking me my issue) that Meijer does not take returns on this specific item and of they did, Meijer would be out $20. That avaerage working man doesn't care of Meijer is out $20 because they make millions. I just wanted to know if the card was activated properly. My newest issue is that I spent $70 on a PS5 game that did not work. After spending hours on the phone with PSN we found out it was a software issue with the company. When I went to return it I was told that Meijer had a contract with Sony that states customers cannot return games, only swap them out for the ssme game. The receipt stated no such thing and I essentially just gave Meijer $70. For a company that got rid of baggers and has the cashier doing 2 jobs and only paying them for one...for a company that had created more 'self checkout' lines, making the customer do the job of the cashier and the bagger, I say, screw you. My pennies won't put a dent in your wallet, but my pennies will definitely go somehwere else.
