I wish they was a -0 to give Meijer experience! Fort Wayne,Lima Rd-The new layout for checkout is absolutely the worst experience anyone can have! There is no conveyor fir the food to go down to allow room to check out🤬 Not at self scan, and not at employee check-out! To the brilliant managers…For God sake, try using it yourself with a complete cart full of groceries before you push this on the customers! I went looking for a store with conveyors and found ALDIs as them! I will start shopping at Aldi (never have) but at least they have a cashier with a conveyor for large family orders! Totally ridiculous!

Machesney Park, Illinois Meijer is trash! I managed Bens Soft Pretzles for 7 years. I had to quit in July 2022. Terri Martin the store director allowed two staff members to yell and harass me out. To follow that up she allowed them to take pictures of me to post on the internet while they were on the clock working at meijer. Bens Soft Pretzels is not owned by Meijer and Corp BSP told me to Put my big girl panites on and deal. NO reason I was forced out of my job of 7 years becuase of how selfish these staff members are. If I find any of those pictures I will sue. I did not sign a waiver for either company. Considering Terri did not do anything to Genny and the Other cashier but I had to quit to get the harassment to stop shame on this store and shame on Bens Soft Pretzels for allowing this. They also got two customers that day in those pictures so beware of the cashiers at Machesney Meijer taking photos of you. Bens is aware and are choosing to ignore the bad behavior from meijer since it will "hurt" their contract. They do not stick up for any long term staff.

I had a winning ticket $200 it was a $50 rub off....went in to the gas station to cash it. I bought one more ticket $50 in gas and $100 in cash. Lady that wS helping me did great. A 2nd lady came from back ask the lady 1st if she cashed the 200 winning ticket. We can't cash a winning ticket for that much. Ordering online should be convenient not stressful. Shipt rescheduled us four times in one day. It was noon when we placed our order and around 5:20 and was rescheduled for the fourth time and couldn't even cancel our order. We had to call Meijer cancel the order. The service for online orders needs a lot of improvement.

Meijers in Davison Michigan and a particular manager Julie harrasses you when you legitmately try returning a food item . In my situation an unopened jar of mayo . Told her I returned item as I had a few to many and that I had to be careful with my EBT (food assistance monies) as I am have a disability and she told me to get a job and get off food assistance and then I wouldn't need to worry and have to return a food item.

We don’t get help at the store. Customer service is really bad

I was a loyal customer of the Seven Hills, Ohio store on Broadview road until my last visit on 8/4/22, when after checking out I was stopped by the greeter positioned at the door. He offered no greeting and just stuck his hand out and said "receipt". He proceeded to maticoulsy search through every item in my bags to compare UPC codes to my reciept (which is fine but not when they allow every other customer before and after me to exit without the same treatment). The greeter refused to speak to me beyond the word "receipt" (he didn't explain why purchases needed to be verified) he couldn't even thank me for shopping after seeing I paid for every item. The greeter (an older man with a large mustache) actually seemed disappointed that I paid for all my purchases and checked them a second time. The managenent refused to take my call or explain the situation. If you don't match the racial or cultural demographics of the staff, I wouldnt recommend shopping here. The corporate and store representatives keeps responding "they are not equipped to discuss this matter but will notify the person who is" and refer me to various staff and corporate members who refuse to respond or once again respond with "someone who better equipped to handle will contact you". They need to train staff in loss prevention laws and they have no right to go through my bags without my consent or law enforcement present.

Pricing is horible nothing is marked most of the price tags are gone from the shelf and what they do have is under the wrong products The Store Manager didnt even feel like a complaint was worth his time they sent a bag boy LOL if it was funny it woulld be pathetic dont know how they stay in business
