MeijerReviews of meijer.com

I was very disappointed to learn that the coupons they send out in the mail will not work on any item that is on sale. When I went to Meijers this week I checked and every coupon items were on sale so none of the coupons would work. What a bate and switch scam they are running.

I placed a pickup order. When I arrived I was told the handheld device was not working and they asked me to come in to customer service to pay for my order. They assured me the pickup order would be cancelled, but the next morning I see charges for both orders. I've been trying to get a refund for this order for 2 weeks now and every time I contact customer service I'm told a refund has been issued, I'm given a new date of issue, and nothing ever arrives. A few service agents were also very rude and minimizing my concerns, talking over me as I explain the problem. I've asked to speak with a supervisor and am told I can't. Their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced and I will never shop there again after this situation.

I am completely appalled at Meijer’s customer service. I received a delivery order and the shopper was permitted to make the most asinine substitutions. An example is an order Valentine candy replaced with melts to make candy with. Cheese and crackers replaced with french onion dip. I realize brand substitutes is a thing though I had no idea the shopper had so much control over my money. I called and was told by the representative that my entire order would be refunded within a few business days and then I received this email a week later. “I apologize for your recent experience regarding your order. Providing a positive customer experience is a priority at Meijer and I would like to thank you for taking the time to communicate your concern. If we plan to succeed in the future, we depend on our customers to provide us with honest feedback. We have denied your refund request. When you have any brand substitutions, the shopper can substitute anything they feel is close. I reviewed the substitutions and they are acceptable under any brand heading. In the future, if you change that to no substitutions, you won't run into this issue. I am sorry to hear they ran late for you, I have added points to your mPerks in the amount of 10,000 points. I sincerely hope we have the opportunity to serve you again in the future. We appreciate your business.” I have used Meijer online frequently in the past. I realize that Meijer doesn’t care about the loss of one customer though they have certainly lost my business.

It used to be a decent store more or less but I actually want to thank the rude, disrespectful, uncaring and incapable customer service and management at the Meijers in our area because it has made me realize that our fabulous local producers are vastly more worth the small additional expense to support local community products and food instead of spending money for nearly rotten, often already expired, overpriced food mismanaged by disgruntled, insensitive, rude people who don’t really deserve jobs with the public. Inside the paint fumes are unbearable and the parking lot has been a death trap for months and they don’t seem to be too concerned about doing anything to make it more safe. ANYWHERE IS BETTER!

This app is awful. Every time I sign in and hit prescription it tells me I timed out. Of course the messages only give you the first 2 letters which doesn’t help when you have 2 Rx with the same first letter. Plus I can’t pull up a list of my medications. If the CVS by me didn’t close I would have stayed there even though it is a bit more expensive.

Someone call Weights & Measures on Meijer! Their marked prices rarely match the cost at the register. They can be fined thousands of dollars *per occurrence*! Stop the madness! Meijer is breaking the LAW!!!

You have 8 doors with only 3 working. You need to spent some money to fix the doors. It is 6 deg. And you are making people walk outside to the other end of the building. You need to fix the doors or sell it to someone who can fix the doors. This is so lame.

I was charged 81.92 taxes 6.08 then paid 107.48 ? Somethings wrong it’s Christmas and there hustling people. Definitely thinking about getting a law suit involved theirs plenty more incidents like this and no one is realizing. I have a family and the struggle is real to keep 20$.
