If I could rate zero stars I would! I have the mperks however can never access the coupons on either the website or the app. I continously get an error stating something went wrong. When I try to contact meijer CS I get told it's because too many people are trying to access the website/app. I'm annoyed because it's been months and I have had the same issue. I tried to reset my password and when doing so once again I get the error message. I tried to uninstall the app and re download still didn't work. I used to love going to Mejier because of the deals. I will not be return ever!! Yal need to get it together if "too many" people are logged in you would think with how big the company is this wouldn't even be a issue.

Mr. Varda, After receiving wonderful reviews from me in the past, my recent Meijer excursion was a disaster! Stock was low and / or nonexistent; Associates were indifferent; even rude. There was NO Meow Mix wet cat food stocked, Associate in the "Home" section was half asleep - I was planning to ask about blankets, but didn't bother. Food Aisle Associate was slurping on her drink, and seemed impervious to surroundings, Self-checkout was manned by two Associates: one was 'yukking it up' with an acquaintance, the other engrossed in adding figures. I asked the 'numbers' person where to place coupons after attempting to use them. "Where it says "COUPONS!" was her sharp retort. (The coupons did not 'register' on my receipt, anyway, so why bother issuing?) This one bad experience should not taint the other excellent service and ventures, but I will never again quite think of Meijer in the same way. Respectfully, Boinita

Started down the chip isle, 3 employees stand talking, none offer to move. this time in the chip isle, turn around went to check out, had to go to Krogers to Buy the chips...

Livonia Meijer has some racial issues with some of their employees. 03/26/23 Went to Livonia Meijer to get milk and eggs, so while standing in line to checkout and all of a sudden the line stopped moving. So I said what the hell is the hold up? And another customer in front of me said that the cashier just messed up the computer, and the cash register shut down. Next I am seeing the cashier playing with the cables on the card scanner. I thought it was the managers job to fix the card scanner. So she is still messing with the equipment, and I am up set at this point because I need to get home. I said what the hell, as I said that the customer in front of me left the line. Then my better half said let's go through self checkout, and as I was getting ready to leave Livonia police showed up. The next thing I knew my better half was being looked at when the cop came in. Of course my better half was eyeballing the cop as he walked by us in return. My better half was just waiting for the officer to say something first. So the employee called the police all because I said what the hell is the hold up? Really? Really pathetic for an employee to be calling the police for a little petty thing, and of all things that we weren't calling her names, harassing or threatening the employee either Neither me or my better half will be going to this Meijer ever again. To really top the cake, we just started going to this Meijer this year. We never once got treated like this when we go shopping at Kroger, so why Meijer? Very pathetic, and sad!

Woodhaven The meat department gutted . No chicken on 3/27 the employee says they don’t know when they’re gonna be getting more chicken and they been out for a while. Everything I wanted it was o/s . I used the meijer atm withdrew $180. The girl behind me was running to self checkouts. I asked her can I have 210s and she says we don’t exchange money customers money and she said have a nice day and walked away. I’ll never shop at that store again I left my buggy there and walked out.

On 3/1/23 I purchased 2 packages of ground beef for the "Buy One Get One 50% Off of equal or lesser" sale. I was charged full price for the second package. I got sick the day after and was not able to return for a price adjustment until 3/15/23 at that time I was denied the adjustment ($6.66) because it was not within 7 days of purchase. I have searched your website and cannot find any mention of a 7-day return window.

We called the pharmacy this morning to clarify the status of a prescription and were immediately put on hold. Every minute a message came on that said "We value your time." Ten minutes later and no answer, so our time isn't valuable after all. We've moved our prescriptions to another pharmacy.

This is a copy of the email I sent to the CEO of Meijer, Rick Keyes today. to rick.keyes (Meijer CEO) I've watched and heard enough of store #48's harassment of a single transgenedered individual. While I was working, I heard almost every single cashier bash this employee, mainly the employees Eva, Jessica and Samantha (Sam). I tried about one month ago to shop in there and went through Eva's line only for me, my wife and several customers behind me to hear things like 'I don't know why he can't make up his mind.' I already know everything about this between being employed there, being friends with people that still work there and being a customer there. You do know that what's going on here are hate crimes, I know you do and you've tried to sweep this under the rug. I will give this one week and them I'm reporting this to the federal government as discrimination and hate crimes. I had better not hear one more hateful thing from this company because my time there made me aware of a lot of violations that might just get Meijer shut down permanently and people put behind bars. Something had better be done about Eva within a week because I will be asking people and if not, I'm directly reporting her to the federal government. No more games with this company, I have 0 reasons to protect Meijer's bottom line anymore, you scumbag.
