No tech support, an app that doesn't work, reward points that are inaccessible, and this apparently has been going on for MONTHS. Peoples' mperks points are expiring and they have no way to access them, nor any reimbursement for when they expire despite the problem being on Meijer's end. Disgraceful.

I like to clip coupons online for Meijers, but when I go to pay at the store I frequently get a message that "mperks is offline", and I don't receive any discounts!

went to the Machesney Park, Illinois meijer. When I approached the cashier, the bagger and cashier were trash talking someone. They barely acknowledged us while they chatted. I sat there with a 35 pound item that needed to be scanned with the scanner gun, until she finally noticed me. Then the bagger had the audacity to ask me if I scanned the item, when I was just standing there 3 feet in front of him ,holding it for scanning. Onions were the last thing to scan, and I told the cashier that they were Spanish onions. She ignored me and asked the bagger how much for onions. He said $1.59 per pound. They were $.99 a pound. I showed him the mistake and he had major attitude, zero apology. Extremely unprofessional. This store is also out of several items every time I go. They can't seem to figure out how to order the right amount from distributors. i'm looking for a new grocery store.

Called customer service asking a question, rep didnt even try to engage in any conversation, said no and hung up the phone

Prices are are good but what's the point if you don't deliver to the most vital spots of America. They advertise big as if they can make it happen only to whiff on the most simple delivery locations. If you don't have the resources or power to back you advertising then go back to being a liquor store.

Called to see if they carried "Seche Vite" nail dry. They carry it but couldn't tell me if it was in stock.😭got transferred to cosmetics to be put on hold twice, laughed at and shunned, called back to speak to a manager about the situation and she lied to me and said we don't carry that product, so I asked her what product is that? She goes the one your calling about, I say could you please tell me how your spelling it or looking it up bc I spoke to another person that says you carry it and it's 8.99 but can't tell me if it's in stock. She refused t9say or spell the product and couldn't tell me a department that she checked for it in, smh just bad customer service from a manager and department employee, this is pure laziness, I won't bother with them anymore and I spend 700 every two weeks in groceries there, no ty, all over 2 incompetent employees, one of them a manager, SMH 😭go to center Rd Meijer if you must shop Meijer. Hill Rd store sucks

I’m on hold with the third Meijer pharmacy! They answer and place you on hold immediately and 20 minutes later, you are still waiting! Their customer service in their pharmacy anyway is terrible!

I'm a life long Meijer customer customer & know about 1/3 of the employees by their first name including management. 2 days ago I walked into the store & needed some change for large bills. I went to the service desk & was told they would not help me unless I bought something, I asked for a manger & got the same reply plus the manger said that scam artists try to get the clerks to make a mistake changing money. So I asked if he was referring to me ?? Anyhow I will never enter Meijer's again. The Marion Ohio Store.
