Should be zero stars! I’m so tired of Meijer in Englewood! One …. Yes one cashier working to ring up items. I go to the self checkout, which I don’t like doing…. Ring all my things up and the …. Customer needs assistance pop up….. the workers practically runs over…. Punch in his code. I ask “ why did that pop up?” He said they thought you had more things in your cart….. I yell TRASH! All that was in there was my cell phones, my keys, the wipes that I clean the cart handle with and an empty produce bag because they did not have bananas! If they think everyone is a thief…. HIRE MORE HUMANS TO WORK…. GET RID OF SELF CHECKOUT! I don't need to steal anything!

I shop at the Meijer on 16th ave Holland Mi. Today May 1rst 2024 I used self check. My olive oil rang up full price tho it was marked clearance on the shelf. I called the clerk for assistance. She was extremely rude. She told me go get a picture. I told her I'm handicap and I can't go all the way back again. She said well there's nothing I can do then! Which is a lie #1. . I've worked self check. Then I asked her to call a mgr. She pretended she did and comes back and says well she says it was marked wrong and nothing they can do lie # 2. I went to service desk and a nice young man did help. This is ridiculously bad customer service. I went back all the way to the olive oil to retrieve a new one and guess what the so called mgr that went to check left the same sticker in the same spot so what every customer can try and buy it and get ripped off also. Wouldn't you remove the sticker if it's not on sale. This leads us back to the original lie... Noone really checked! Guess what I got my olive oil for 4.68 as it was marked by another employee who knows what customer service is all about! However I don't want to shop at this location again.

App messes up n wants cash n not foidcstamps. Sad store. Wish it never now came to wooster. Sad employees as well

Dit is een slecht bedrijf je krijg je goederen niet en ook je geld. Op je mailtjes reageren ze niet. Geld storten ze ook niet terug. Telefonisch zijn ze ook niet te bereiken. Dit zijn oplichters.

Very sad to see how Meijer scams the consumers on the perks program. I "cashed" in perks and ASSUMED that if I don't use the full amount of the perk i lose the remaining balance of the redeemed perk for that purchase. I guess I should read the 12 pages of all the scammed rules & regulations of the perks program.

Meijer gas stations, but that moment clerk said they was nothing he could do about the misleading amount of a pack of Winston cigarettes which advertise $8.01 a pack with $1.20 off if you buy two but when I told them I'll take two packs it came to $18 and something, after pointing it out to him he agreed but said there's nothing he can do about it, I disagree I said you can change the price to represent what you're charging I did not buy the cigarettes I left the station

This company is no longer focused on service. 4 employees watching people self check out and one cashier. Pathetic response by employees. Avoid this store/
