The portage roads store in South bend Indiana for some reason still has an expensive clothing option you guys used to have affordable clothes. And no nice clothes anymore they're all work clothes

To be honest the points that we can use for gas should be allowed in Wisconsin and not just out of state. Tried using them and didn't realize until after I went ahead and said use the 1000 points I had for gas so I'm out the 1000 points as I can't figure out how to get them back which is really really unfair. Angry customer

I bought a bag of Meijer brand pizza flour. When I opened it, there was worms in it. Yuck! And so much for dinner. Returned it for a refund. Since I was there anyway, I bought a Lindt non-dairy candy bar. New product on the market. Opened it and it was white and crumbly. Returned that also. Meijer used to be a great store, but seems to be going downhill. They are building stores everywhere and seem to not care about quality any longer.

Their meat has become less than desirable. I'm not sure of the date I bought the check eye steak but it had no taste. The pork is icky. Beware?

Rude representative at the counter. He spoke so fast that the elderly man ahead of us couldn’t understand what he was saying. I almost went up and translated for him. We tried to make flu shot appointments online, but it took several attempts to get mine through because they couldn’t find me in their system. It wouldn’t accept my wife’s because she supposedly had multiple profiles in their system. Why should it matter if we are in their system. Can’t understand why somebody has to be in their system at all to make an appointment. They wouldn’t give her a shot at the same time as me even though the pharmacist had already stepped away from her routine to give me my shot. Other pharmacies are happy to get two people done at the same time instead of breaking their work routine twice. We were told my wife would have to wait an hour to get her shot - all because of the subpar Meijer online system. Wal-Mart came through for us though.

Customer service has really nosedived. Today my wife got hassled for returning soda cans at the 16th Street Holland Meijer, and my recent experiences have been equally lackluster. Corporate is no help at all. You can complain to the BBB, but if you read the Meijer complaints, you'll see how extensive the problems are. I'm boycotting. Good luck if you shop here.

I used to love shopping at Meijer's all the time, especially growing up. I have been more of a Kroger Shopper lately because of prices and frustrating experiences at Meijer. I recently decided to try again because they have a few things that I can only get there. Sadly, every experience shopping there lately has been negative due to either the app or the cashier. You need to train your Cashiers better on your expectations around customer interaction. I just came from the Meijer in Middletown, where I was having problems Yet Again logging into the app. It was not busy in the self-checkout line. I walked up to a machine and it took me over 15 minutes to check out (I only had 7 items). The cashier watched me struggling with the app, did not bother to offer assistance, and when I did mention that I was struggling with the app and was frustrated, she just Shrugged. There is now only one thing that I buy that only Meijer's offers... and I can get that on Amazon with a whole lot less aggravation and less time spent.

The bakery stopped putting whipped icing in the donuts. My kids like getting the ring donuts with whipped icing and paw patrol ring in the middle. Now they barely put icing on the donuts and they taste like stale dry bread. The bakery also has shelves empty and workers refuse to look for items in the back because it's "their break time." Then they walk away.
