I paid and ordered two chargers for my grandkids scooters and only received one. I have sent messages to customer service and have no response
Response from Megawheels.comSep 9, 2026
We just checked the shipping records and found that there was a mistake on the warehouse's side when sending the package. It is true that only one charger was shipped, we're really sorry about that, it is our fault. We've just sent you another charger, and the UPS tracking number is: 1Z15R3470391366964. We tracked that the package had been delivered on September 15th.

I am still waiting for my refund as we speak. They told me they gave me a refund but I don’t see it anywhere. You still have my money till this day and the fact that you’re asking how much I like my purchase shows that you still consider me as a customer that has received their product.

Actually, we have canceled the order for you and refund you on August 28th, and we checked that the refund status is "finished", it was refunded to your original account, we can offer the proof, please check your account again.

Absolutely love it! I’m hoping it doesn’t have any issues in the future but starting using it to get around campus and it works great for short trips. Because it’s black, it does get kinda hot in the sun but haven’t had any issues touching it. One small thing is that it is SLIGHTLY on the heavy side so if you wanna carry it around, it will create blisters on your palms, only if you carry it for a long time. The latch and the second “latch” to fold it down is on the tight side but makes it super secure for riding around, even when I accidentally rode with the first latch down. 😅 Super cheap and great value. Hope I don’t have to exchange for a new one. Thanks! 🙏
