Fastest delivery ever for an oversees shipment ,thank you . I have noticed that Resveratol bottle did not have inside safety seal like the NMN bottle ! After receiving the reply and explanation from the company . It is was correct . I found the inner lid stuck inside the cap as explained by them . Thank you very much for your customer care and response . My apologies. Thank you

Each of our products is double sealed; an outer-seal (clear neckband) on the outside of the bottle, and a white inner-seal inside the bottle. When the outer seal is not COMPLETLY removed PRIOR to twist-opening the lid, it causes the inner-seal to pull/lift up into the lid (cover). You can see the white inner seal tact inside the lid. Always remove the clear outer-seal first, then twist open the lid. However, even if the product was sealed only on the outside, as long as the seal is not broken, the product is safe to use, regardless of the inner-seal.
