This casino is not trustworthy. My withdrawal showed “approved”, but support later said that status does not actually mean approved and is just a generic label. That is misleading. They then denied the withdrawal citing bonus rules, even though the bonuses were openly offered and allowed to be used. No clear warning, no transparency, just a refusal to pay. My advice: do not deposit your money here. Once you win, they can simply deny your withdrawal.

I only played here because of an email i was sent that said fast withdrawals within 24 hours. I finally won after losing a good amount. I initiate the withdrawal, 24 hours pass and nothing 36 hours and still nothing. The agents all tell a different lie as to why. the email was a mistake; the email was sent out to early. Ok first off they make you make a 15 dollar bitcoin deposit for any withdraw for verification purposes.
