Mega KnifeReviews of megaknife.com

Ordered a $51 baton that came broken. Asked for replacement or refund and they refused to provide return shipping. So I sent it back. Cost me $27 and now if they refund me. I am still at lost of $27. Don’t buy from them. It will cost you more than you paid for.

The knife I purchased is basically a toy. Poorly made, not even remotely sharp. I did write a review for their site and it was never posted and I think it's fairly certain the glowing reviews on their site are fake. Buyer beware.

The knives are not sharp at all. They are not Interlocking. The tip is broke on one of them. There refund policy is bs. Never order from them

Got a nEw butterfly knife that was pretty rag ngl

Crooks!!! Sent back the crappy knife for a refund. USPS tracking says it was delivered to them over a month ago. Can’t get in touch with them and no refund. They stole my money! Response to Megaknife response: That’s a lie. So now your just pulling up dates out of your a$$ to try and cover it up on review sites as to save your already tarnished reputation? Just because you say you can verify and throw some dates up, that doesn’t make it true. I still have all of the initial screenshots of the back and forth emails for a month and a half of me begging for my refund. I was pleading with you to just check with your receiving department because I couldn’t find the tracking number. You said “You would at your earliest convenience”, then you just stopped responding. When I finally found the tracking information and provided proof you had received the knife and had been sitting on it for over a month still nothing. Even if you had refunded the money, would you like to explain why it took a month and a half to do so after repeat emails from me? That’s one of your little scams. You never intend on giving folks their money back and you use the “provide the tracking number” angle knowing that a lot of folks throw their post office receipts away trusting you will be honest like every other merchant. You should just admit your dishonest crooks. As I was posting my review on several other sites I read many complaints of the same nature and a slew of people that paid you and just never got their merchandise. All one needs to do is google your name. Your an absolute disgrace.

This is the third company I tried buying an "Italian Stiletto" from and the only one to deliver what I ordered, well, sort of. The Italian Stiletto was made in China. But it was reasonably priced and the quality is ok. It does operate easily, and it is pretty sharp.

I never received my package. I waited by the door until USPS confirmed it was delivered but I never received it. UPDATE* after having not received my package, I contacted MegaKnife and was completely disregarded. They ignored the fact that I hadn’t received my package and refuse to give me a refund or replace the product. I received the package a week later, after days of speaking to USPS and disputing the transaction with my bank. I ordered a sword, a dagger, and two knives. The sword was garbage quality, and felt extremely cheap. Everything came unsharpened and the tips of the knives were cut off. I would absolutely discourage anyone to make any purchases from this website. I will never make another purchase with them. Very disappointing.

I never received what I purchased. Customer service has to be until the end. I had to call several times the shipping company and customs. I couldn't get my package. You never help. I lost my money and time
