Paid for AI Expertise, Ended Up Doing It Ourselves
We hired Meet Your VA to build multiple AI bots in HighLevel tailored to different account goals after being assured they had the expertise to handle the project. Unfortunately, from the very first onboarding call, it was clear there was a disconnect — the team seemed unaware of the actual scope and thought they were building simple workflows, not AI bots.
After two months, there was barely any progress. The first bot they delivered was extremely basic and something our own team could have built ourselves. Instead of providing strategy or expertise, they had us create detailed SOPs for every bot with little to no guidance — despite that being the entire reason we hired them.
Even after multiple calls, revised SOPs, and extensive documentation, very little was accomplished by the end of the contract. They extended the agreement to “finish the work” they had already been paid for, but still only delivered three very basic bots that did not justify the cost.
Throughout the project, we were shuffled between at least 10 different team members, often without notice, and they repeatedly gave new people access to our HighLevel account without communicating it to us beforehand. Every time someone started understanding the project, they would leave the company. Meanwhile, our in-house team built a better bot internally, and by the end of the project, Meet Your VA was using our bot as a template reference.
Most frustratingly, after failing to complete the work we already paid for, they later tried to upsell us on a maintenance plan and told us we would need to purchase a new package to finish the remaining work.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience and a poor return on investment. You are honestly better off spending the time learning and building it internally yourself.

We did work with your team over an extended period and made multiple attempts to clarify the requirements, iterate on the AI bot builds, and continue supporting the project beyond the original engagement so we could help move things forward. That said, I recognize that the process felt frustrating on your end, especially around scope clarity, team continuity, communication, and the level of strategic guidance you expected from us.
AI implementation work is often iterative and requires close alignment between business goals, workflows, SOPs, testing, and ongoing refinement. However, it is our responsibility to make that process feel clear, organized, and supported, and based on your feedback, we did not do that well enough in this case.
We also understand your concern around being introduced to multiple team members and access being provided to your HighLevel account. While our intention was to bring in the right resources to help complete the work, we should have communicated those changes more clearly and proactively.
I’m sorry that the final outcome did not feel like a strong return on your investment. We take this feedback seriously and are using it to improve how we scope AI projects, communicate ownership, manage transitions, and set expectations around what is included during buildout versus ongoing optimization and maintenance.

Big scammers. They declined to pay me my dues for months. They will exploit the client and pay $4 an hour to the VA and decline to pay them. Conmen buying reviews to keep scamming people.

Crap..Crap..0 Star. This type of scam should stop
This company is totally exploiting their VA's. No assurance of jobs. You have to wait even for 1-2 months just as to earn $40/weekly. Very bad experience. Clients are always looking for quality work for the amount they are paying.But VA's are underpaid. No one can deliver Ferrari in cost of a tricycle. That's why clients don't stay for along period of time

We believe it’s important to provide proper context here, as this review does not accurately reflect the situation.
Our placement process is based on matching VAs to roles aligned with their actual experience and specialization. During your time with us, you applied across multiple unrelated roles (social media, website development, lead generation, etc.), which made it difficult to position you appropriately with clients seeking niche-specific expertise.
Despite this, we still gave an opportunity through an entry-level/easier client project. However, there were multiple professionalism and performance concerns during the engagement, including attending the client interview without proper work equipment, lack of deliverables during the first week of the project, and serious issues related to the handling of the client account afterward.
Regarding compensation, we are transparent with all VAs about starting rates during onboarding, and we also have an increment policy in place for VAs who successfully complete 3 months with a client and maintain strong performance and professionalism.
We take both client and VA relationships seriously and always aim to maintain professional standards on both sides.
