I originally purchased product and then decided not to keep the subscription due to financial reasons. Domino is the agent that helped me cancel my subscription and he was so quick to help me. I was skeptical at first, but the chat customer service does really work. Thanks for your help, Domino!

Genuinely GREAT customer service. No hassles.
Domino was very helpful with my request to cancel a monthly subscription. I appreciate that it was a no hassle cancellation. I know now that if I should ever order anything with this company and find that I either do not want it or find that I can't afford it should my financial situation change I will not have a problem with either return or cancellation. I so appreciate that.
