Allegedly pay 1 euro for IQ quiz report and then they rob your bank account of 39.99 euros EVERY MONTH without knowing it until you spot it on your card statement a month later and by that time they have fleeced you for another 39.99 euros. Certainly did not agree to that and reported to my bank to retrieve my money. Don't go anywhere near them. Con artists.

We’re sorry that the subscription charges came as a surprise and that this caused frustration. After requesting some additional information, we were able to identify your account and have now cancelled the subscription. There will be no further subscription renewals from us. We would also like to clarify for anyone reading this review that the introductory offer continues as a paid subscription unless cancelled, and the trial duration and subsequent subscription terms are presented during the purchase process before payment is completed. We take concerns about unexpected billing seriously, which is why we reached out to identify the account and investigate what happened rather than simply dismissing the complaint. If there are any remaining concerns regarding the charges on your account, please reply to our support email and we’ll be happy to review them with you.

What went wrong? This company did just steal 459,42 Swedish kronor from my bank account for a "subscription" I absolutely did NOT approve.

We’re sorry to hear that this was your experience. The subscription price and renewal terms are presented during the checkout process before the purchase is completed. That said, we understand that the subscription was not what you expected. We have already reviewed your case, cancelled the subscription, and processed a full refund of 459.42 SEK to your original payment method. No further charges will be made. If you have any remaining questions, please feel free to contact our support team and we’ll be happy to help.

waste of time - They want money from you

We’re sorry to hear you didn’t find the experience valuable. We are a paid service, and we’re transparent about that. Pricing is shown before a purchase is completed, so customers can review the cost and decide whether they would like to continue. We put significant work into developing our assessments, personalized results, cognitive activities and ongoing platform features, and like most online services, we charge for access to them. We completely understand that the product won’t be the right fit for everyone, but we do want customers to be able to make that decision with clear information about what they are purchasing.

Took the IQ test which took quite a while, and I got bored before I finished. Hit the button to pay the 1€ for my IQ report, then presented with a page saying I'm signing up for a monthly subscription for €39.99 which after looking through the rest of the site decided I definitely did not want. The report was super vague, and didn't even tell me which answers I got right. For me it was a waste of time. Not recommended.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry the test and report weren’t what you were looking for. We’re glad, however, that the subscription terms were clearly presented to you before you made a decision. We believe it’s important that customers can see what they are signing up for, including the renewal price, before choosing whether to continue. Regarding the report, it is designed to provide an assessment and interpretation of your cognitive performance rather than an answer-by-answer review of the test. We understand that you would have preferred to see exactly which questions you answered correctly, and we appreciate the feedback. The test itself does take some time to complete, as it needs enough responses to produce a meaningful result. We know that this format won’t appeal to everyone, but for customers interested in understanding and tracking their cognitive performance, we aim to make the experience both useful and engaging. Thank you again for giving it a try.
