I will be purchasing a full size mascara. I started with the mini to give it a try, and I'm so happy to have finally found a mascara I'm happy with that doesn't bother my contacts! (I have tried a lot of mascaras!!) It doesn't flake off half way through the day or get all over when I need to add eye drops. And, they have fantastic customer service! I loved the coverage of the tinted SPF, but I have REALLY dry skin & live in the Midwest (frigid & dry winters). It looked great and was a great color match, but left my skin feeling too dry. I'm sure it's perfect for most people. I just have extremely dry skin! They refunded it easily and responded to my request quickly.

It's my go to! I had a tube of it that I just tried here and there. The more I used it and got used to it, the more I loved it. Just ordered 2 more tubes.

Their products are top-notch and their customer support is wonderful!! Cudos!!

Very excited to have gotten to participate in this test! I really liked both mascaras. One was more dramatic, one was a little less messy. But they are both fantastic products and I would buy either one. I appreciate that this company is continually trying to improve on their products and that they care about their customers opinions.

This is the best product on the market. I carry it in my purse for touch ups and on a daily basis. In addition to producing a quality product, their customer service is excellent.

I love Alleyoop's products, they're high quality and exactly what I was looking for! I recently had an issue where my orders were held at customs requesting additional fees, despite duties being included at checkout. I was worried I'd lose everything with the deadline approaching. April from customer support was absolutely incredible. She responded quickly, understood the urgency, and arranged full reimbursement for all the fees. The refund was processed exactly as promised, and I received all my products safely. April turned a stressful situation into a completely resolved issue within days. Her professionalism and care were exceptional. Highly recommend both the products and their amazing support team!

I'm delighted to report that the mascara was a great gift as hoped! It stays on well without smudging and it makes their lashes look so long! The recipients have been quite pleased with this new mascara! So thankful it was as great as advertised! Great job!
