After I ordered and paid for it it took 2 months to get my order. It took 4 weeks for the order to be processed and shipped to US Customs. It was held in customs for another 4 weeks and finally got to me after 60 days. I have ordered from this company before and never had a problem. I don't know what happen this time.

The time was lengthly to get it out of India. I had tried several orders before the final one, but could not get the payment link to work. Hence multiple tries. We received the proper 9 sheets of capsules of groups of 10 BUT one sheet of capsules was open and pills exposed. I am not sure what to do about those ones. I do have enough confidence in general in medypharma to order again.

Ordered 90 pills but delivered only 84. Asked to send me the missing 6 or otherwise to refund. But no action was taken by Medypharma.

I would have given 5 stars if it weren’t for the fact that my address was given correctly but inputted wrong. First, my Apt # was missing. I immediately sent an email to have address corrected, only to now have my entire address put it completely wrong. After 3 emails asking for my address to please be corrected before Shipping, I received a response saying not to worry, that package was on its way. After 2 days of trying to get my courier to redeliver or for me to pick up, I was finally able to get the package. Everything very well packaged and absolutely no issues as far as that aspect was concerned. Definitely needs much improvement as far as getting something as important as the mailing address correct the first time. “Cut and Paste” would have corrected this after the first email.

The product is good and I will probably order again. The problem for me was that your software does not all to create a different billing address from the shipping address. If you change one, it changes the other. As a result, I had a big hassle with USPS in re-directing the shipment.
