Scammed me, doesn't respond to emails, had to start a Paypal dispute. No emails since the first order. Terrible experience, dealing with my credit card company to get my money back.

My order got took in New York at a port I still haven’t receive my order now I just got $200 plus just tied up smh

WARNING BUYER BEWARE ! Order NEVER DELIVERED Terrible customer WITH NO PHONE NUMBER. STRICTLY EMAIL I sent six email inquiries about my order delivery after a failed delivery. Here’s the issue mail stopped and returned by post office do to incomplete addressing by Vendor “ no street or address info listed on label. The tracking system didn’t have any location info. Long story short no response from MEDYPHARMA. HAD TO CONTACT PAYPAL for help and to contact MEDYPHARMA. They never responded to PayPal. So a refund was issued.

They did not complete my order correctly !!! I paid for 5 items and they only sent 1.... I will update if they rectify the problem

After numerous emails to correct wrong order with no response, I reported to PayPal for a refund. MedPharm then offered a 50% refund. Don't buy from them. Look elsewhere.

I ordered in sept, they sent to wrong address. They keep promising to send it again but they lie. It's March 12th I just want a refund. Don't Trust this Company!!! They will keep your money and never send anything.

I am quite disgusted, as I have not received the product I ordered, nor did I not receive an explanation why...then I receive several emails asking for my opinion...it is less than 1 star. Kindly acknowledge why you have not sent it yet & why you have not contacted me when I wrote to you!
