They do not have 24 hour customer service as they stated on their web page and will not cancel my order which I did right away and are attempting to stick me with the purchase. I emailed them right away but they did not cancel it, instead, they waited 24 hours and created a label then told me they can not cancel it because it was shipped. after checking with UPS all they did was create a label, UPS has not received the package and there is time for them to cancel it. UPS gives the seller easy access to control the shipping. This company is trying to force the product on me and will not refund my money saying all they will do is exchange it. I am working with my credit card company and UPS but this seller should not make it this hard, they feel like a scam company.

Purchased 2 watches one was a gift and the other was for myself, I regret this purchase 100%, they won't let you return the product even if it broke in 30 days. Keep your money don't buy this product, it's cheap quality and the charger separates from the watch so you won't be able to use it once it does this! Company knows this that's why there is no warranty or return after 15 days. BUYERS BE AWARE!!! Wish I could upload a picture so all could see.

I bought this for my husband. First the watch the step counter was adding steps that were not taken - then as soon as the FIFTEEN DAY WARRANTY ended the paint started coming off. Finally 7 days later before the 2nd charge it stopped working! The company refuses to replace the item. DON'T BUY THIS WATCH! I CAN'T BELIEVE ALL THOSE REVIEWS ARE LEGIT! Updated 7/20/22 we mad one last attempt and the company gave us a partial refund (minus shipping) So even though, sadly, the product did not last even 30 days the company did the right thing.

I purchased the watch as a gift for my father who lives in a different state than I do. The watch didn't work - at all. It wouldn't charge. They require a video (??) which is impossible for me to provide and they charge 8.5% to return a faulty product. BUYER BEWARE - don't waste your money. They even charge a fee if you change your mind about the placed order!

I am positive they have their employees writing a million fake reviews. My watch was junk. $70 wasted.

Just receive my MedWatch. Love it so far! It's surprisingly accurate and it's easy to set up. What i love the most the step function it makes me walk much more than before:)

Watch only has military time. Did not work. Did not record steps, blood pressure etc. Contacted company who sent set up directions 2x ev e n though I told them already set up. Then wanted a video of problem after I told them repeatedly that it would not stay on long enough to get a video. Sent them a picture but not good enough. Keep sending email requesting video. Terrible customer service.. only can send emails..no telephone numer to talk to live person.I give up.

Made-In-China Watch is trash. No way anyone could be happy with a $70 watch that does not work!
