Weak magnet; Sits off center on phone
I contacted customer support about a problem, and have not heard back after providing video showcasing the issue. For starters, the magnet used is extremely weak. With a slight push it will move off of the iPhone magnet. This wouldn’t necessarily be a big problem if not for the next issue: The case sits slightly off center when attached to my phone and overlaps the main button on the right side. Anytime I need to toggle that button, I am having to slide the case to do so, which puts it at risk of falling off. It’s just annoying and kind of defeats the purpose of having this attached to my phone. If I’m going to show off a cool card, why would I risk the case falling off with the card inside? If for some reason this is an isolated issue I would be happy to return the product for a replacement and amend my review. The reason I’m not giving it 1 star is because I genuinely believe it’s a great idea for a product, but if this is the quality people will receive then it’s only a matter of time before someone else comes along and does it better.
