I will delete this is the company ever…
I will delete this if the company ever resolves my issue but it seems like they wont (it's been since March). My address was correct and yet they never delivered it and claimed it was due to a bad address. No refund, no re-delivery, no willingness to help me at all. I have chatted, called, emailed countless times and they refuse to provide me with the products I ordered. I am beyond giving them the benefit of the doubt. Horrible way to do business, I will be reporting them. NOTE: I originally planned to delete this review because I finally got someone over chat who seemed to care and promised a redelivery since the original shipment was returned to sender. They promised everything would be shipped within 1-3 days and that I would receive a confirmation email. Nearly a week later and I still have no confirmation, I reach out for an update and they act like this conversation never happened EVEN WHEN I PROVIDE SCREENSHOT EVIDENCE. So here I am six months later, no delivery, no refund, nothing. BUYER BEWARE!!! There is something very fraudulent going on here...
