On May 7th , 2026, I responded to the Medline Customer Recall support request to submit a list of the recalled Geri-Care Artificial Tears, Eye Lubricant Drops, 0.5 oz. I have requested to replace 2 0.5 ml bottles. After 2 calls to the Medline Customer Support, 3-4 months later I received Olopatadine Hydrochloride Ophthalmic Solution, 5 ml., a relief from allergy, which was not what I needed for dry eyes. The customer service clerk promised to send me the required artificial tears. However, as of mid-October, I still have not gotten them. It is a terrible company to deal with. They substitute requested items for something that is not useful to their customers. Unfortunately, I have to because it is part of my benefits from my medical insurance.

I called Medline (by means of Kaiser-Permanente) to report that one of the products I received had somehow leaked from the bottle. (It made a mess in the box.) I only wanted to know if they would send a replacement. The initial recording informed me that I had been "selected" to receive $100 reward or something of that nature. They asked for personal information that I should not have given, i.e. my birthdate. The woman I was speaking to kept asking for my credit card number, even telling me that my credit card company would "protect me" if I was fearful of my card being misused. I told her I only had a question to ask, and she ignored my request and kept trying to get my credit card number. I tried to be patient, but I finally told her that I was sorry I called and I hung up. Even as was I telling her I was sorry I called she kept talking as soon as there was a pause in what I was saying. Whew! Never again!

Kaiser stuck me with this company giving me $60.00 each quarter.The products offered are mostly chemical otc stuff I would never use.The toothpaste I ordered had blue#1.I threw it out.I assumed the products would be healthier. Some products do not say where they are made on the label and do not say in catalogue.The prices are absurd on most items.$2.50 for 1 roll of paper thin tiny roll of toilet paper.$5.00 for a small hydrogen peroxide. This is about $1.50 at Walgreens. I guess Kaiser does not think I am intelligent enough to question their decisions about what they think I should use for healthcare.Shame on Kaiser, shame on Medline. It seems profits are the motive.For about $20.00 I can get a huge pack of tp at Costco.Two big hydrogen peroxide are about $4.00.

They make okay equipment. The hinge on my elevated leg footrest broke and I had to jump through hoops to get a replacement. I've had to contact customer service more times than I've actually went there to buy something because of a problem. It's a good thing they get paid from insurance, because I can't imagine a lot of people wanting to put up with their BS to order online or over the phone.

i have applied several times to this place for several different positions for which they have advertised for quite some time yet for some reason, i do not get hired. i have a freaking bachelors and yet they decline my application or do not respond at all. save time. apply elsewhere
