She helped give me perspective on the value of Medicare+Medigap vs. Advantage plans, and she helped me assess whether COBRA was a less expensive, temporary alternative. We quickly identified which Medigap plan was most suitable for me, and then we evaluated the carriers, not only against their rates, but also other important criteria. Finally, Dianna educated me about critical aspects/restrictions regarding changing Medigap plans over time.
