I am finishing my doctorate in Counseling Psychology. I am collecting data for my dissertation research currently and I am in a particular time crunch which in no way was the problem of MedicoLeads. However, rather than telling me what they could not do to help me, they went out of their way to accommodate my time frame. First, they were prompt in responding to my original inquiry. Then answered each question (there were many) with professionalism and demonstration they understood what information I meant to convey. They not only double timed to provide the leads in a shorter time than the regular turn around since I expressed what a time crunch I am in. Then, as I am trying to get the emails sent without landing in recipients' spam folder, Noel answered each question promptly and thoroughly. Lastly, they saved the day by sending my campaign out for me in light of my aggressive timeline to finish and graduate. Nothing about my timeline or my tech ineptitude was their issue, however they went above and beyond to provide top notch customer service every step of the way.
