The case worker my mom had was excellent. She stayed up-to-date with processing the paperwork and ensured that my mom had everything that was entitled to her.

Erik was excellent. Unfortunately I was required to use via in order to have my company pay for it for life. He really explained everything and I felt bad when I was informed by my company that they wouldn't allow me to use any other firm than Via.

Eric has helped me more than he knows. He is always friendly and makes me feel like my needs truly matter. He goes out of his way to help me make the best choices for me. I feel like I have someone on my side.

Jackson was so very helpful. He was great!! Cleared up all of my questions and concerns and made everything very easy to understand.
