Health Insurance changes…Oh no!!!!!!!!! After ignoring an initial thick envelope thinking it was junk mail, I received more paperwork from my Medicare insurance company. Reading through all of the fine print became overwhelming as it seemed more legalese loop-holes. What to do?????? Insurance is necessary and important at the moment one truly needs the assistance. Seven phone conversations and much time spent with different agents within the company, later, I grew more frustrated. Each agent’s answer seemed scripted probably because they, too, were not privy to the company’s intentions. As a consumer, I will not simply sign on a doted line without due diligence research. Googling more on the internet, one site was consistent: Medicare Nationwide. The videos by Eric Rosenberg are informative. I telephoned the phone number listed and set an appointment. In fact, Eric responded by text within minutes along with a longer phone conversation. He listened to my confusion then took the time to respond with insightful information. Without pressure nor hyping one brand over another, Eric guided me through the insurance maze to the point where I felt comfortable with my own decision. Medicare Nationwide offers a menu of advice in in healthcare as well as other financial services. Absolutely talk with them!
