Have been happy until this month Product I have been regularly purchasing almost tripled in cost

I am giving a 3 star rating , because the glue that I ordered came all leaking the tried to fix it but then the cans came all dented and one of them was leaking again. Really needs to be a better way of shipping the glue.

I spoke with customer service finally and they stated a misunderstanding on their part. The representative very respectfully sent me another shipment with my missing items. I have just recently received all of my items minus 2 which is on back order. Changing my 1 ⭐ rating to a 3⭐ rating. You will not receive all of your items. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. The people who are writing a good review more than likely work for the company or connected to the company. Because I know they haven't actually ordered from them before. The website as of last night is no longer operating. I cant reach customer service because their offices are closed. When I was on the site Saturday all my items according to their tracking had been delivered. However I only received 2 out of the 6 items and 1 item I didnt even purchase. I have currently stopped payment. Unless I receive all of my items by the end of the day today Monday. I should have read the reviews but I was desperate and really needed these supplies. But this company knows that and that's how they take advantage of us.

I had ordered a neonatal feeding tube that showed the syringe with it in the picture but didn't come with it. I contacted the company and was told that even though it showed in the picture, that it didn't come with the tube and removed the picture. Wish I'd have known that before purchase or they would have sent me one bc of the confusion.

Package was crushed. It could have been the fault of the carrier, I do not know. It came quickly and at a good price.

I only give 3* because it took 11 days to receive the product. I am also surprised that it has only 10 months left before expiration. When I worked with this product in the laboratory, expiration was longer on product we received. I looked for a company that sold Siemens because having used it professionally, I know the quality of the product. I have not found that quality in other off-brands I have tried. I felt it worth the extra money to buy quality.

No service issues observed. However, shipping using USPS takes a full week so be prepared. Boxes larger than the mailbox will not be brought to the house. Needed to retrieve package from post office. Would like An option to use fedex or UPS for faster delivery
