The med box received is much larger than anticipated or desired. It appears to be of good quality and craftsmanship.

The description for the 2-piece Hollister 18422 ostomy bags was misleading when it described it as “Urostomy pouch with 1 2/4” Flange”. It does not come with the flange, I have to purchase it separately. The bags on their own are useless.

After the first use the gel was already coming out.

I was please to find what I was looking for at this site after trying few others before with no luck. However, I am rating it only as average because of the shipping charges. It was almost as much as the product itself, which is I weren't so desperate to get it, I would have passed.

I paid extra to have the supplies shipped quickly, but it still took 5 days. I guess the company couldn't help the delivery time.

Prices are fairly decent However, what’s annoying is they always send monthly discount codes, yet there hasn’t been a single time I’ve been able to use those codes at checkout.in over a year on this site. I always get a message that my purchases don’t qualify for a discount. So don’t be lured in by phony discounts.

I went on Medical Mega page looking for a filter for my sister's vent. I found the item I needed. It had the exact picture of it next to the details of the product. I was happy and ordered 50pcs of the item. It took longer than usual to arrive to me even though they are in Brooklyn NY and I am in Staten Island NY (but that is not the issue really). I received the package yesterday and I received a different item than the picture of the item I ordered online. This was a replacement part that needed 3 other parts to attach to the vent. I called customer service complaining, she said this is the correct part. I told her the picture on their site is different and this is what I actually wanted. She said that picture was only for advertising purposes. This is terribly misleading and unacceptable. A very low way to get the purchasers money. And to top that, if I need to return the item, they will deduct a hefty 35% restocking fee. Another way to steel. I will never buy from there because of the way they run their business. Be aware of what you are ordering before you order. Continued. I received an email from Medical Mega along with a return label with a full refund for my purchase. I appreciated that, eventhough I am not going to return the item. Will buy something else once this order depletes. My issue really was the misleading picture next to the item. I appreciate the effort and hope they will rectify that issue on their site. Based on that, will or will not buy from them again.
