Received the wrong product and notified Medical Mega. They refunded my money including shipping and handling costs.

Thought I purchased one box of ten (the pictured item) for the home medicine cabinet. There was a 'bulk' price shown below for ten boxes. What I received in the mail was a padded shipping envelope containing a single applicator from an opened box. I was surprised to discover that is was possible to purchase a single unboxed applicator, and surprised that a single applicator cost $26.62

Your shipping rates are too high Not like other E-tailers.

The image of the product indicated the expiration date was 9/2022. The expiration date on the product I received was 7/2022. With this product the test strips are programmed to stop working after the expiration date so it matters. Other than that I was happy with the service.

Excellent customer service, good pricing, the bad thing was that all the items on my order came from different places (suppliers) and they all arrived at different times. So that was frustrating big mess to track down because , no tracking number was available for each of the 10 items . For that one reason I would not purchase again.

Price was good until S & H never paid that for medical stuff

Customer service does a good job but on my last order I was sent the wrong sized briefs for the 2nd time. The replacement order was refused because instead of one case I was sent a Palet sized order. I now have the briefs but still need a call tag for the original incorrect order. Martin McKenzie
